I leave the gut pile for the coyotes, de-bone the venison,cut and wrap the meat, then roast the bones to get all the flesh off, tan the hide, cook all the scrapes for the dogs, and grind the bones for bone meal that I put on my rose beds.

Ha! Just kidding! Yeah I got two dogs knawing on leg bones as we speak, only not on the porch, they are a little cagier then that and hide them. I notice they always get plumper around deer season.
