When my twin boys were in first grade, they came home asking questions in such a tone that I braced myself for the ole birds and bees lecture. They said that in school they were talking about boys and girls and "pants." I couldn't for the life of me figure out why they kept asking about "pants." Finally, exasperated, they said YOU KNOW --- jeans! (genes)
