Vaugly, and very vaughly, I think th 'Orse may have bee one of the sacred animals. Sacrifices were made in the form of building a wikker WICCA cage, stuffing your local enemies inside same, and burning.

So here we have it - build a cage in the shapew of a 'Orse fill i and incinerate !!!
