Opera can import from Netscape, but Netscape 4.X and IE can't import from Opera, if I read it all correctly.

Yep...I think URLBase is what you need.....at least for long enough to re-translate them to whatever you want.

I 'believe' that the reason Opera is so different is that they have a search routine built into Opera bookmarks which requires a different formatting. Opera can put 'normal' bookmarks into IT'S system, but once there, it takes 2 steps to get them out again...hence, URLBase....
