Happy Thanksgiving to all. I'm alone now & just have to tell this: Neighbor wanted to know if I'd like to take a plate over to his house and have it filled. I wrote a note:The Widow Jones wishes to express her gratitude for your offer. For her to appear with plate in hand, whilst your family is seated around a bounteous table, is just a shade too Dickensian.   I'm still not over it! Peace.
