Tomtom, your post came in while I was writing mine. While I was single, I told God that I would marry whoever he sent me, whether he was black, yellow or whatever color. Bald or fuzzy, short or tall, fat or thin.So I end up marrying Mr.White. He is white, as I am. But I hate calling myself "white" because as you can see above, my heritage is so varied. It irks me when I am lumped in the great catagory of "white people" which implies that I have some sort of attitude towards people of other color. It's a form of discrimination.
Has anyone experienced discrimination because of being "white"?
