Have you tried contacting Dave East who runs The Court Sessions ? - he keeps a membership list - I keep getting e-mails from him, but I don't think that I've kept any - I'll have a look anyway.

I can remember Simon from his days working with the late Steve Rye (and somtimes with Bob Hall as well) and meant to try and contact him for the Brixton Bert Commemoration Concert.
