Artbrooks - I never even contacted Netscape help! My help desk is colleagues & friends. One of my colleagues who is not really a friend muttered that the Help Desk is for work related matters before spending lots of time with me when a virus sneaked in some months back.

Several times a little window popped out saying words to the effect of "something has happened - pls tell us - we wanna help you". What I said to the computer was "As I don't know what the (rude word) happened, how can I tell you?" & cancelled it.
