An englishman and his wife were on holiday in France. Unfortunately his wife was killed in a road accident, and to save money he decided to have her buried in the local cemetary. As he was on holiday he did not have suitable funereal attire, so decided to splash out on a black hat for the funeral ceremony. Fancying himself as a linguist, he asked the receptionist at his hotel where he might purchase, un capot noir. The receptionist looking puzzled directed him to the chemist shop.
