This thread will come to a more-or-less abruot end in about two to three days unless some more orders roll in--by tomorrow I'll have shipped everything I received orders for.

Right now, US deliveries will take 2-3 days. Very shortly, the combination of Christmas rush and some shoulder surgery that's scheduled for the 6'th will slow things up.
