A nice way to give anonymously if one is eating out at a drive through is tell the cashier you want to pay for the carload behind you, too. Or, even at a store. I overheard a young mother at a check out stand trying to medicine for her baby. She didn't have enough money and there wasn't a cash machine. It was nighttime and winter. I told my cashier I wanted to pay for it, which she helped facilitate. Granted it wasn't anonymous, but the thank you I received was wonderful. I told her I remembered days like that when my kids were babies, too and to just pass it on. Good feelings and the cashiers about dropped their jaws.:-)
