i wondered if anyone couold give a recipe for
chestnuts--i believe they (like br. sprouts)
are best if you cut a cross in em before
cooking--or in the case of chestnuts it
sould be roasting on a open fire, no??
i picked a bunch of them and not sure how to get their
prickly jackets off--stomp on 'em??
liz--i can't believe someone would actually
rip off the wreath from your own front
door--what's the world coming to??!!
and what are mushy peas?? fresh green peas?
dried split peas??
