It gives off a sort of arrogant air of superiority, which is totally inappropriate and misplaced when referring to people who have a *different* brain circuitry to your own.

Please read the dyslexia thread I provided a clicky for, try to understand it from our viewpoint, and then have the good grace to be courteous about people who are different to yourself.
