Oh dear! Did I start the scrap? I fired off a response to Michael's comment, which although defensible on factual grounds, may well have added more heat than light to the discussion. I guess that's one of the perils of firing off a swift response here. You can't see the person who has just posted, so you don't know if they have said something slightly self ironical and with a smile on their face.
