McGrath, it won't be illegal, it will require a licence. The only person who will get in trouble would be the licencee if s/he doesn't have a PEL. Maybe the pubs in question already have one?

Don't get me wrong, I fully support the campaign, but inaccurate scaremongering is hardly helpful.
