I decided to carry the PubProp at CAMSCO because I thought it was a neat solution to a real problem, and because it was such a pain to try and get one in the US.

So far, I'm very happy with mine. It works fine on my guitard, fiddle and mandolin, as well as my normal-sized banjos. It doesn't work well on a short-necked banjeaurine, which is too short to rest on the floor and too heavy to hang from the PubProp. I suspect that tenor banjos and banjo-mandolins may encounter a similar problem. Brian's instrument rest may prove to be the answer for these--I'm still eperimenting.
