Thanks for a great article - Hank Williams was the main reason I got involved in Country and Folk music and still list a lot of his songs among my favourits. I was also a great admirer of his "Luke the Drifter" pieces and still cherish my collection of records and tapes. My particular one is a series of tapes of his radio shows which I intend to dust and play as a fitting memorial on his anniversary.
