yep.....why am I not too suprised?...The basic premise, stopping terrorism and tracking down criminals and such is fine...but you KNOW if they set this up, it will be abused eventually. There is always someone who finds a 'need' to peek and pry, and this has the potential to sort thru billions of transmissions, using supercomputer technology, and find out what YOU said about Shrubs.
