If was a huge Pogo fan, myself. I was about as sorry to see it disappear from the comic pages as I was Opus, Bill the Cat and the rest of the gang from Bloom County.

I like Doonsesbury too, but think it belongs on the editorial page rather than the comic pages. I definitely see that it leans to the left though, and rarely the right.
