I'm not so sure on that, mainly because I hardly see anything else in the whole poem that would qualify as "Sc. dialect". If there were half a dozen other stereotypically Scots words scattered through the piece, I'd say "sure, this must be 'rease' in the sense of 'roose'", but with nary a Burnsism apart from it, I'm inclined still towards "in[c]rease".
