Little Hawk, I don't believe Tolkien ever mentions Orc (or Goblin) females, except by implication from the idea that Melkor/Morgoth started with captured Elves, who clearly reproduce by sexual means, and spoiled them. He certainly never suggests anything that resembles the process suggested in the film.
