I doubt you've much to worry about. Bush and his friends may be pretty stupid, but I can't see them being that stupid. Much more likely to rely on aerial bombardment from a safe height as a way of keeping down the (American) casualties. And when it comes to an army of occupation, it'll be other countries providing the troops.

Unless it all goes pear-shaped, in which case I would anticipate they'd be pulling out rapidly, rather than getting bogged down in another lengthy Asian war on the ground.
