Donuel get a grip. (That's GRIP, not GRIPE.) You'll know you've achieved that grip when you discover that dumping your toxic mental/emotional/spiritual waste all over a public forum (for the purpose of generating more of it to uselessly wallow in) no longer attracts you. And you begin to do something more healthy, intelligent and respectful instead.
