Anyone know the lyrics to song from 1939 or early 1940s (WWII era), "There's a Star Spangled Banner Waving Somewhere" ? There are 3 verses. Written maybe by Irving Berlin, or ?? I first heard this as a tune used in 1970s for a local NY State singing square-dance call; heard the song itself some months ago on NPR program, couldn't get to my taperecorder or pencil/paper fast enuf to get the words. Not on the database here. Trying to find it on various websites has been time-consumingly frustrating so far.
