Well Rick, I can tell you that you're NOT going mad, at least not in the context of this thread, because I remember seeing the same film some time ago (in the last 12 months) here in the U.K.
Unfortunately, like you, I can't remember the title!
I do remember it bordering on the skin-flick though.
