In synopsis the entertainment part of the bill says this:-

"Regulated entertainment means the provision of plays, live and recorded music, dance or anything similar, to entertain an audience, in any place, (by any number of people), where the entertainment is in any way public, or for a club, or for payment with a view to profit by the organiser or venue, even if the event is for a charity."
"Religious services, and events in moving vehicles are exempt."


'Live & Recorded music'?

i thought that TV's etc didn't require a PEL- what about the recorded music playing on the TV?
