This official looking form brings notice of fine upwards of £5000 for failing to regester and a demand for £95. It is TOTALY, FALSE and FRADULENT. Your £95 will get you nothing but a sinking feeling in your stomach. If you recieve one of these forms take it to your local trading standards office and police station. cheers
