Only the willfully blind or brainwashed can't see that it's not a tax cut at all -- it's a shift of the tax burden from those poor downtrodden wealthy to the working class on whose side GWB claims to be (and us idiots believe it).
A tax cut, plus a war in Afghanistan, plus a possible war in Iraq, plus a sh-tty economy, plus improved education, plus increased benefits for elderly...
