The song is a version of Lord Gregory (or vice versa) which is fairly widely recorded. I think its on the Silly Sisters album sung by June Tabor/Maddy Prior. The Lass of Aughrim tune is a variant of the tune used on this recording. I've heard that version sung occasionally but the only recording I can think of is the Frank Patterson one in "The Dead" as APC has already suggested.
