Thread Name: Lyr Req: Rectangular
Subject: Lyr Req: Rectangular
Does any one knw lrics for comedy song often heard in folk clubs in 60's/70's?
Some of it goes like this Triangular is the garment thin,
That fastens on with a safety pin,
A prize I had no wish to win, a lasting memory,
My true love gave to me.
Rectangular is the woodern box,
Where lies my love 'neath the hollyhocks,
They say he died of chickenpox.....
or something like that.
