In the article some here are claiming fully exonerates Townsend, he claims he did not come forward when he found child pornography "by accident" because of the climate surrounding the prosecution of (I am assuming) Gary Glitter, who Townsend said he worked with on some shows, and because his attorney advised him not to notify the authorities about the website.

Which means he admitted to "finding" child pornography more than once, which conflicts with his current claims. The other thing I find wholly bizarre about this case, is Townsend more or less demanding that the police come take his computer, in order to exonerate him.
