Doug, although, I mostly disagree with you, I've respected you and your viewpoint up until now. But you just lost a lot of my respect with that one! That's a blatant and deliberate distortion of the viewpoints of others, and it's unworthy of anyone trying to engage in rational debate. Shame on you!!!
