You shuld send him here to Milton Keynes, Sarah! We have a 20-odd-year-old cable system that can't cope with broadband, DAB or anything clever like that, and very poor off-air tv signals (no Channel 5 at all: s oit's not alllabd news!) with no chance of a digital box working, and too far from BT's exchange for ADSL. If that wasn't bad enough, we have further to go than anwhere else in the UK to get to a library! (Not that you can see BBC4 in a library ..)
