I have taken for my text lyrics taken from the "Stephen Foster Sesquicentennial song book" where the sheet music is reproduced as published by "Wm. A. Pond & Co. 547 Broadway" copyright notice on this edition "Entered according to Act of Congress 1864 by Wm. A. Pond & Co in the Clerks Office of the District Court of the Southern District of New York" The cover of the sheet music notes this as being "the last song ever written by Stephen C Foster composed but a few days previous to his death. The above may be included in the final 'notes' dependant upon what else the DTStudy throws up
