It might be the same in Maine, and if Kendall were unaware, and for some reason offended that his money was going to fund such services, he has a right to be informed and protest such through legal/political means. To my mind, the picketers and pro-lifers energy and resources would be much better spent in harassing government into changing the 'system' than in harassing women who are working within it.
