I would be wary of this publication. It has very low readership figures, is generally very poor quality production for a 'magazine' and does an incredibly hard sell for advertising.

Once they discover you have a CD the marketing guys will pursue you relentlessly. If you are serious about the UK market, there are other more high profile and better produced magazines to invest in advertising in ie Folk Roots and Living Tradition. There are also a host of small locally-produced but very well read folk listing mags with reviewers who will generally do this for free!
