Hmmm. I've ignored these PELs threads, because as someone in the U.S. I didn't know what they were about. After taking a brief tour of this one, I can see that while there are a few complaints about the number of PEL threads from the general Mudcat populace outside the UK, that this is the perfect venue to hash out these issues.
