I had a couple of sessions in the Mudchat and needed councilling and a lie down afterwards. Vallium and alcohol helped for the first two days after. The quantum leaps from subject to subject wern't too bad after one had got accustomed to them , but the failure to understand whole hours at a time while everyone else seemed to know what it was all about left me with inferiority complexity and a migrane.
