I'm pretty sure that "Baubles, Bangles and Bright Shiny Beads" was ripped off from the Russian classical composer, Borodin. At least you can hear that theme in one of his violin....quartets, or maybe it's a concert orchestra piece, and I'm pretty sure it dates from around the turn of the last century.
