Weapon of Moustache Destruction is going to pop up in my mind whenever someone says the other phrase, in the same way that a phrase from my favourite parody writer (born 'neath the burden of mediocrity) pops up whenever our Prime Minister speaks. Tho now he says nasty stuff, rather then dreary, finger waggling stuff.
