OK, I can't help it!! Born Manchester 1948. lived there till first marriage 1971. Had No.1 son 1972. Had discovered folk music in 1962, but husband didn't help. Marriage broke up 1975, had No. 2 son later that year. Worked for Social services with adults with learning disabilities in residential care. Married 2nd Husband 2 years later. He was tone deaf and didnt know what Isaw in music. Left him when I was 40 to live with a bass player. Worked with client group in day services. Sang with band "Dorian Grey" till we moved here to Wales. Now run a monthly music night. Work as a Social Worker, and have just started working part time. Love my music, self-sufficient gardening, though I'm nowhere near that yet. I'm 6 foot tall, and now have a serious weight problem since Igave up smoking in January.
