Man, these kids in Virginia ain't got a lick of sense.

One kid, who had beaten the "death penalty* in Virginia wrote a letter to the Prosecutor (Commonwealtyh's Attorney) bragging of raping his victim before killing her. In Virginia, he couldn't get the death penalty for murder unless it was happened while comitting another felony. Well, his bragging got him a new trial with the letter used as evidence.

He was sentenced to death 2 weeks ago.
