I've been hanging around this forum a bit lately, and I've clicked on a few of the 'PEL' threads. You folks seem quite passionate about this, but for the life of me I still can't figure out what the acronym means. The L must mean 'license' or 'licensing', right? I truly would appreciate some illumination.
