I think you may just miss the Lunenberg Festival, which is excellent. However I'm sure someone will know the dates for that and post them as I'm not sure (living here in Belgium!).

In any case there should be musical events and small festivals all over NS in July. At least there was on the last couple of occasions we were there during that period.
