Just a note, it costs about $20 a thousand stiches to digitize a custom design (logo) for embroidery. That's about $100 for the average sized cap logo. That's a set up cost above the $7 wholesale cost for each cap. Digitizing the art correctly is critical to the quality of the embroidery. Maybe the Mudcat needs a fund for contributions to get the logo digitized for embroidery. -alice
