MS Publisher should never be used for anything more complicated than printing modest leaflets, parish newsletters and the like; it doesn't export well into any other format. People occasionally send me stuff made in MSP, blissfully unaware that it's about as useful as a chocolate teapot for commercial applications. And THEY NEVER INCLUDE THE FONTS!

You need to send all the fonts you've used to whoever has undertaken to convert the MSP file into something usable. That's an invariable rule when sending dtp files of any kind (unless you've converted the fonts to curves, which MSP can't do). It may be that your email program will refuse to take font files as an attachment; your best bet is to copy all the fonts concerned to a zip file, and send that. Then they can install any fonts you've used that they don't have, convert to pdf, and then dump whatever they don't want to keep.
