Oh give me a break. You can get an entire sorority house drunk enough to spell out damn near anything you're willing to pay for at any university ( best results at one that stresses good penmanship , though ). Hell I'm sure ol' Hugh Hefner will have
the same damn arrangement forming the Playboy bunny logo by next issue. ( too late for a Valentine issue heart )

Perhaps if the Iraqui u.N. delegate had also produced satellite photos , but of nude Iraqi women ( with veils ofcourse ) spelling out "No Weapons Here" & " None Here Either" the Iraqui's would've had more effect in making their case.
