If you just press the submit button, a new post will be made on a thread and it automatically will be at the top of the thread list. Then when you click on that, all of the prior posts become available to you.

So as Joe is saying, most people just type in refresh to let us know that the new post wasn't just an error, but was intended to bring the thread to the Forum's attention again.
