HEY LEP!
I know that there is a difference from police force to police force, but, doesn't yours begin one's envolvment with an oath to protect the constitution - does that mean the constitution but with the first amendment missing? We have been having all sorts of events in New York during alerts, from the marathon to broadway theatre. The guage of citizenship is the point that you stand up for the other guy's rights.
