On the website commercial breaks and beats, where they list music used on UK commercials, the most recent music they list for a Scottish Tourist Board advert is 'Happiness' by the band Blue Nile. However, the date they give for this is 1999 and they don't indicate (and I wouldn't know) whether they are still using this music in their ongoing campaign.
